Exchange/Return Policy



Please contact our Customer Service at (800)432-7571 within 10 days of receiving your items for Return Authorization*. Kristen Bed and Bath reserves the right to decide whether we will issue return authorization or not depending on the item(s) ordered. Items that are MADE TO ORDER (such as Pillows) are in most cases not returnable. Kristen Bed and Bath may request a sample of the item be mailed back for review and/or a picture of the item (via email) BEFORE we will issue a return authorization number. We also reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee on returns at our discretion.

For sanitary reasons ALL bedding items including sheets, pillow cases, pillow protectors, pillows, blankets, mattress covers, bedspreads, etc. are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT ABLE TO BE EXCHANGED. Hygiene kits and hygiene kit items are also non-returnable.

*To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition and contained within the original product packaging. They may not be laundered, soiled, altered, damaged, labeled or personalized. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back and no refund will be issued. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense unless otherwise authorized.
